Grand Palm in the West Villages - Venice, FL

Neal Communities, a well-known builder here in Florida took over 7 years to research and plan their Grand Palm community, the largest that they have built in over 40 years. This community has a resort feel to it with homes built in the British West Indies, Country French and Mediterranean styles. More than 33 percent of the land is dedicated to preserves & open space. Their amenities include a resort-style swimming pool, fitness center, park, playground, tennis and bocce ball courts, miles of walking trails and an Adventure Lake with water access and fishing. It is gated and golf carts are allowed. Building started in 2013 and new construction is still going on in 2018. There are almost 2,000 villas and single family homes planned ranging from 1,632 to 2,907 square feet. They are located on the corner of Center Road and River Road. Gran Paradiso - West Villages

You will find condominiums, villas, townhomes and single family homes in Gran Paradiso in Venice - something for everyone! Prices start in the $200,000s. This gated community has a 7,000 sq. foot pool, 24-hour fitness center, sauna, tennis, bocce ball and basketball courts, a Tuscan-style clubhouse with billiard room, library and card rooms, community pool with cabanas, spa, trails and more. IslandWalk at the West Villages

IslandWalk is comprised of just over 1,800 villas and single family homes priced from the $200 to $400 thousands. They feature low-maintenance homes with resort-style amenities. Amenities include a clubhouse with a full-time lifestyle director, separate event center, 2 salt water pools, jacuzzi, fitness center, tennis, bocce and pickleball courts.

Renaissance at West Villages

Renaissance also has villas and single family residences built by Mattamy Homes. Homes start in the $200,000s and come with paver driveways. This gated community also has a park, playground, tennis courts, fitness center and bocce and pickleball courts. Something to do for all ages!

Venice Golf & Country Club

Venice Golf and Country Club is a gated community with resort-style living. Amenities include a junior Olympic sized pool, spa, tennis courts, fitness center and a restaurant and bar overlooking the 18th hole. All residents are required to have either a Social, Golf or Recreational membership.

Stoneybrook at Venice

Stoneybrook is a gated community which has a community pool, spa, fitness center, tennis courts and a recreation building.
