Palma Sola Bay Club

Palma Sola Bay Club is a condominium community with both finished buildings and others currently under construction by developer Prospect Real Estate Group.  The community will consist of 23 four-story, mid-rise buildings with nine residences each, covered parking below the buildings, storage and elevators.  The two and three bedroom units range from 1,600 - 1,850 square feet with prices starting in the $300,000s.

Palma Sola Bay Club is happy to announce the upcoming installation of a 20-foot by 20-foot wood platform walkway and deck overlooking the Palma Sola Bay waterfront.  Residents will have a perfect location for fishing, viewing sunsets and wildlife watching.  Palma Sola Bay Club has also added amenities such as bocce ball, grilling pavilions and an expanded pool deck with fire pit.  It's recreation building has fitness equipment, pool tables and kitchen facilities. It is located just minutes from the beaches of Anna Maria Island.

Perico Island

The communities on Perico Island are just inland from Anna Maria Island off of Manatee Avenue. Almost 200 homes in the 6 subdivisions of Perico Bay Club, Perico Island Condomimiums, Perico Shores, Perico Isles and Sanctuary I and IV include condos, villa, townhomes and single family homes ranging from 2 - 4 bedrooms with 1,000 - 2,500 sq. ft.  They are priced from the mid to high $100,000's to almost 1 million dollars. Most have water or waterfront views and are surrounded by lush wetlands.  There are resort style amenities such as a community pool and spa, clubhouse with fitness center and tennis courts.  All of this and they are just minutes from the many beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island!

Harbour Isle & One Particular Harbour

You will find this gated, upscale community on Perico Island just before you cross the Manatee Avenue bridge over to the beaches of Anna Maria Island.  The homes and condos are built by Minto Communities (a Canadian builder with over 60 years of experience) on 220 acres that is surrounded by the waters and mangroves of the Anna Maria Island Sound and Perico Preserves.  A 34 acre man-made lagoon is in the center of the community with it's resort-style amenities.  You'll feel like you are on a vacation as you drive through palm tree-lined streets with water views, swimming pools and clubhouses.  There is also a waterfront beach club with fitness center, Sky Bar and sandy beach along with walking trails, cabanas with a bar and fire pit and a yoga lawn.  You can kayak on the lagoon from 2 kayak launch areas. Castle Group Management takes care of the grounds and amenities.

Harbour Isle is a silver LEED certified community with double-pane, impact resistant windows and energy efficient appliances.  You will find condos and townhomes priced from $500,000 to just over $1 million with 2-4 bedrooms from 1,500 to over 3,000 square feet, all with separate garages.  The Mangrove Walk neighborhood has a Lifestyle director who plans special events such as water aerobics, Karaoke, Trivia nights, live bands and comedians.

One Particular Harbour is subdivision of 2-3 bedroom condos with Margaritaville-style interiors.  They range from 1,450 to 1,650 square feet from the upper $400,000s to the low $700,000s.  They share the amenities of Harbout Isles and have the option to rent the units through a short-term rental agency.  There is a marina with wet and dry storage within the community with an average cost of $600 a month with a one or two year agreement.  The marina provides direct access to the Manatee River, the Intercoastal Waterway and Tampa Bay with no bridges to cross under.
